Archives of previous updates are available on ORSP\u2019s&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blogarchive.utc.edu\/research-sponsored-programs\/?_gl=1*13j6jni*_gcl_au*MjEyMjAwODQ3NS4xNzA0MzcyODk2\">blog<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Announcements&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ORSP will be lightly staffed<\/strong>&nbsp;Wednesday,&nbsp;<strong>April 17<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Friday,<strong>&nbsp;April 19<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>as several team members will be attending the UT Research Colloquium in Knoxville. We will respond to emails as quickly as possible, but please expect a delayed response.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NSF is hosting an outreach webinar on&nbsp;<strong>Implementing the Common Forms&nbsp;<\/strong>for the Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support at 2pm on&nbsp;<strong>April 25<\/strong>. The new forms become mandatory for NSF proposals due&nbsp;on or after May 20. ORSP encourages all PIs who currently or plan to submit to NSF to attend this webinar. Learn more and register&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/new.nsf.gov\/events\/implementing-common-forms-biographical-sketch\">here<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Reminders&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The UT System has launched the&nbsp;<strong>Grand Challenge Grants<\/strong>&nbsp;program, soliciting proposals for innovative projects poised to impact one of three areas: Strengthening Rural Communities, Overcoming Addiction, and Advancing K-12 Education. The program is open to faculty and staff at all UT campuses. Visit the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grandchallenges.tennessee.edu\/2024-ut-grants\/\">program webpage<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;to learn more. Applications are due&nbsp;<strong>April 30<\/strong>.
