ORSP encourages new and new-to-NIH investigators to attend. Learn more and register&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/grants.nih.gov\/news-events\/calendar-of-events\/66eaef67c35c99ed5b024512\">here<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences is accepting applications from individuals and teams for the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grants.nih.gov\/grants\/guide\/notice-files\/NOT-TR-24-031.html\">NIH Quantum Biomedical Innovations and Technologies (Qu-BIT) Program<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;prize competitions. There are two Challenges: 1)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.challenge.gov\/?challenge=nih-quantum-sensing-technology-challenge\">quantum sensing<\/a>&nbsp;and 2)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.challenge.gov\/?challenge=nih-quantum-computing-challenge\">quantum computing<\/a>. The individual serving as PI must be a US citizen or permanent resident. PIs may submit directly to NIH on behalf of their teams; the application does not need to route through ORSP.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Does your research require a&nbsp;<strong>Material Transfer Agreement<\/strong>&nbsp;(MTA)?&nbsp; MTAs are contracts that govern the transfer of tangible research materials between two parties.&nbsp; If you need an MTA in place, please contact Angie Morelock, Director of Award Services (<a href=\"mailto:Angie-Morelock@utc.edu\">Angie-Morelock@utc.edu<\/a>).&nbsp; MTAs need to route through ORSP so that we can help ensure compliance with UT policy and any obligations to funding sources, as well as coordinate a review with the UT Research Foundation, if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Limited Submission Competitions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following programs have a limited submission requirement.
