The following 5 faculty spent the better part of their summer to prepare a proposal to this highly prestigious program.\u00a0 Kudos on all your hard work and best of luck in the competition!\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dr. Luis Sanchez-Diaz, Physics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Rahul Bhosale, Civil &amp; Chemical Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Thien Le, Mathematics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Xiunan Wang, Mathematics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Tian Li, Physics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The UT System will be hosting a town hall meeting on <strong>August 12<\/strong> to discuss annual disclosure requirements for the Conflicts of Interest module in DASH Research. An annual disclosure is required for all UT employees, even if you do not participate in sponsored projects. Visit the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/t.e2ma.net\/click\/cqug6i\/8achhe9b\/43rp72\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DASH Research COI<\/a><\/strong> SharePoint site to learn more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NIH has released a new policy for<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/grants.nih.gov\/grants\/guide\/notice-files\/NOT-OD-25-132.html\">Supporting Fairness and Originality in NIH Research Applications<\/a><\/strong>. The policy, effective <strong>September 25, 2025<\/strong>, has two parts:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NIH will not accept proposals that are \u201csubstantially developed by AI\u2026or contain sections substantially developed by AI\u201d.
