As you may have heard, Silktide<\/strong>\u00a0is our new\u00a0website quality assurance tool<\/strong>, replacing Acquia Optimize (formerly Monsido). Silktide offers a more comprehensive and user-friendly approach to improving our website\u2019s accessibility, SEO, content quality, and overall performance. (Get a preview here in this short video<\/a> and\/or read our article here<\/a>.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of content on our platform, we\u02bcre rolling out important training videos for Silktide. This tool will be key in helping us maintain high standards across our content, and it’s essential that all Section Editors complete the training by May 31, 2025<\/strong>, as Acquia Optimize services will end on 6\/2\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training will cover key features and best practices to help you get the most out of the tool. The videos will take about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete and are self-paced, so you can fit it into your schedule as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Action Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Please see your email inbox for login information. (If you have any issues, please submit a ticket here<\/a> for assistance.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Once logged in you will then be directed to the Academy Training videos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Please watch the training videos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Complete any necessary steps outlined in the training, including follow-up quizzes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Completion is monitored and will be required to gain access to your dashboard and site\u2019s reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. When you have finished, notify the Web Team in the ticketing system here<\/a>. We will then assign you to your section of the website for reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019ll send a reminder closer to the due date, but please mark it in your calendar to ensure completion by May 31, 2025<\/strong>. If you have any questions or need support with the training or logging in, feel free to reach out to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
