Adding a Gallery or Slideshow to a Drupal Content Page.
Galleries and slideshows are beneficial for web pages as they allow for the efficient display of multiple images or content within a limited space, enhancing user engagement and visual appeal.
- Add Gallery/Slideshow Block
Starting with our content page, we are going to select our “Layout” option in the content page menu. From there, we are going to select the “add block” option for the area we want to add our card to. Next, we will select our “Create custom block” option at the top of the pop-up menu. This will take us to our final menu where we will select our “UTC Gallery/Slideshow Block” option.
- Add Media
Once your Configure menu opens, navigate to the “Add Media” Button and select the media you want to add to your slideshow.
- “View Mode”
These are the options for how your slideshow will be rendered.
- Save and finish!
Select “add Block” at the bottom of your Configure menu and you are done!
