We recommend viewing the newsletter page in FireFox or Chrome web browser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list square\">\n<li>Right click on the page and select View Page Source.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new window will open and display the source code (HTML) for the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select All &amp; Copy the source code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paste that code into the appropriate place in your email marketingapplication and finish your work there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"best-practices\">E-Newsletter Best Practices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Newsletters are WordPress custom posts with templates that are optimized for display and delivery to email clients. Because there are so many clients on so many different devices, the templates and styles are very simple and limited.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Define your goal:<\/strong> Know what you want to achieve\u2014whether it\u2019s informing, promoting, or engaging your audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keep it concise:<\/strong> Respect your readers\u2019 time by using teasers instead of the full article. Provide them with clear, scannable content and short paragraphs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Use a compelling subject line:<\/strong> Grab attention and entice people to open your email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Include a strong call-to-action (CTA):<\/strong> Guide readers toward what you want them to do next (e.g., \u201cRead more,\u201d \u201cRegister now,\u201d \u201cDonate today\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Layout: <\/strong>Tips for newsletter content<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optional: You may want to create an image hero of sorts by using the image block and caption.
